Energy Efficiency You Can Trust

EPC for homeowners

A Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) is a qualified professional responsible for evaluating the energy efficiency of residential properties and producing legally required EPCs.

As a Level 3 qualified Retrofit Assessor working in line with the government-backed PAS 2035 framework, I deliver accurate, thorough, and fully compliant energy performance evaluations. My combined expertise ensures that homeowners and landlords receive clear, reliable insight into their property’s efficiency, along with practical recommendations for improvement.

EPC for landlords

All Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are carried out in full accordance with the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 and current UK legislation.

For landlords, EPCs are a legal requirement whenever a property is rented or sold. Compliance with the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) is mandatory, requiring rental properties to achieve a minimum EPC rating of E, unless a valid exemption has been registered. Failure to comply can result in fines or restrictions on letting your property.
